Purchasing a property under construction :
50% (fifty percent) of the price shall be paid after signing of a Preliminary agreement for sale of property under construction.
40% (forty percent) of the price shall be paid after setting of installations, joinery and plasters.
The remainder of the price to the amount of 10% (ten percent) shall be paid with signing of the Notary deed for sale and purchase.
Purchasing a completed property
The total price should be paid with signing of the Notary deed for sale and purchase of the completed property.

For the price you pay, you receive
All completed apartments include:
- Completion of bathrooms and toilets;

Construction and completion

The construction of Holiday Club Villa Romana meets the best European security standards and qualitative and ecological demands. Strict construction supervision is being continuously implemented. The materials and technologies used are delivered by suppliers guaranteeing quality and security:
- Roof - hydro- and thermal insulation (Bramac);
- 5 cm thermal insulation of outer walls;
- Silicate outside coating;
- Three-chamber PVC windows.

Stages of construction: FINISHED

 

Maintenance of property for additional payment of 9 Euro per m2

- Security guard 24h per day, throughout the whole year;
- Cleaning of common areas: corridors, staircases and parking;
- Maintenance of the garden and corridors lightning;
- Maintenance of the gardens;
- Maintenance of the swimming pool;
- Once a year cleaning of the whole apartment;
- Free use of the parasols and lounges around the swimming pool.

Property management:

- Leasing the apartment while not in use;
- Maintenance of the real estate while being leased;
- Reaching an investment return of 4-6 % p.a. for the first couple of years after opening the Holiday Club
